ASQ/DSP

The Ages and Stages Questionnaire (ASQ) and Developmental Support Plan (DSP) are key tools used to monitor and support a child’s developmental progress in areas such as communication, motor skills, and social-emotional development. The ASQ is a structured, play-based screening completed collaboratively by parents and educators. The DSP is an individualized plan informed by ASQ results and other assessments, designed to address each child’s specific developmental needs.
